TREHEARNE & BRAR: NEW COLLECTION
The real Pashmina is made solely from the wool of CAPRA HIRCUS mountain goats, with no additional fibres such silk or cotton. The fibre produced by this animal is the very finest and lightest cashmere.
A real Pashmina shawl is a specially hand woven single piece 1 metre by 2 metres. The yarn from which it is woven is also hand spun.
Both yarn and shawl are produced only in certain villages in Kashmir (Northern India).
